MOTOPROTEC Road Security Sistems, a company with an ample experience in the investigation, development and commercialization of security sistems, has designed and produced the first European single protector under strict norms UNE.

It satisfies us to offer a new product that amples the actual number of similar references (continuous systems) being this also a humble intention in road security matters that tries to reduce the effects of inevitable accidents of motorcyclist and cyclist in our highways.

Actually, in our Projects Department, improved prototypes as well as several technical developments in road security matters are in study and shortly will meet the public light.

OUR HISTORY

Since the development of our firsts prototypes, before the UNE norm approval, until now, the voyage we have traveled has been hard.

At mid of 2006 new sketches took form. Our technical team designed their first model. Few months later the internal process of tests and computer simulations began. In 2007 real scale tests started.

In a record time of testings the tests (TM160 – TM260 – TB11 – TB32) that conform the norm 135900 1.2 were made.

To continue with our company policy, to begin the house by the foundations, once the system was developed, just then, we start the testing on track period. After obtaining this first goal there was only one step left, the inclusión in the Catalogue Book.

Finally with date Thursday 6 of March of 2008, the written notification that  MOTOPROTEC SPM-AE01 had been included in the Catalogue Book was received, in the vehicle containment systems section of the General Road Management from the Ministry of Public Works.

MOTOPROTEC SPM-AE01 therefore, was the first symmetrical  precise protector that has surpassed the tests under the strict norm UNE-135900 1.2. in the facilities of CIDAUT Foundation in the Technological Park of Boecillo (Valladolid), at CIDAUT Test Center, foundation born for the investigation and development in transport and energy, to install in the subjection posts of metallic barriers of doublé wave.

 MOTOPROTEC SPM-AE01 was also the first symmetrical precise protector that has succesfully surpassed the entrance to the Catalogue Book from the Ministry of Public Works to install in the subjection posts of  metallic barriers of double wave.
